Made for another world

5 Minute Friday - Every Day

I thought I'd do something new and link up with 5 minute Friday at The Gypsy Mama. Writing for five unedited minutes with the prompt ~ Every Day:

Go:

Every day in and out breathing, I gasp in grace. As I wake up, just as I have every morning for 34 years, He is there. But His every day's are different than mine. Creativity unbridled, Passion unhindered, Love all encompassing... Day after eternal day. My mind hurts at the thought of it. Reals at the idea of my days being invited to join His days, every day. Some days I remember and dive into the stream of his ever flowing current of unbroken day. Some days I don't and I'm the poorer for it.

Today I jump in fast flowing grace, sweeping me up into Him. Heart beat rushing in my ears, pounding to the rhythm of his great love. Oh, make my days every days, melding into eternity, in the midst of now. Shackles of time falling free in his presences every day!

  5. I love this! So poetic and free. I really like the idea of "gasping in grace." That's how I feel every day. Sucking it in as fast and furious as I can, the only thing truly sustaining me. Thanks so much for sharing this today. It blessed me! Smiles -

  7. That is beautiful. I wish I had five minutes to myself but Abby has her own ideas about that. I'm gulping down coffee before I head outdoors with her. I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
