Made for another world

Genesis 1:1

This week Max has been learning the verse Genesis 1:1 "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." I thought maybe we should do something creative to help reinforce that leason so we went on a nature hunt. It was a bisk chilly day so our walk didn't last long but it was fun. We found all kinds of wonderful things and brought them home to put on our wall. Max was very proud of our creation and it's a good visual reminder of what he's learning.

  1. Do you remember your Wonder Box you had when you were little? Every thing that you wondered about or that prompted wonder went into your box. That is, things that weren't alive.

You were about three years old. You decorated the outside and kept it in your room. The rocks in the box eventually destroyed the othere things in the box but it was fun for awhile.

Max's lesson brings back good memories.

  2. Wonderful!! As I look at our world, so many have missed or rejected this most important truth, that God IS and He has revealed Himself; first in creation, second through His Word, and finally in His Son.
