Years ago God set my heart on fire with a passion to offer my life back to him as a gift of worship. I responded to his voice calling "follow me." For the last two decades he's been refining what that looks like, stoking desire, giving me a mission.
Mentoring, connecting intentionally with other women, is my heart beat. It's hard, often messy, requires humility, demands grace but I'm finding it's how I want to do life. And I believe it's how you were created to do life as well, linked arm and arm with fellow travelers on this holy path home to Jesus. Sisters. Yet vulnerable sisterhood isn't necessarily how we as women naturally live. On this page I share links to some of my thoughts on how we can embrace our sisterhood.
My desire is to encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone into authentic relationships, mentoring and being mentored. There are women all around you that long to be heard, understood and cared for. I'm extending an invitation, as you come along on the journey home, bring a sister.

ReplyDeleteI'm truly glad I found your blog. I, too, am sorting out what the vision looks like from a call of "follow me" when I was age 5.
I know mine is "motherhood" ... it's an adventure to sort out the how to, etc.
